What do I do about Question 9 which was "removed from scoring?" Give myself a point or disregard it? I can't tell if the final score conversion chart accounts for this or not, so I'm not sure how to score it.

Choose your own adventure.

Or just assume a range - translate the raw score if you got it and missed it, and take the scaled scores range as your score.

Your precise PT scores aren't that important - up or down a point or two is pretty meaningless.

Check how many Q's there are in each section. Total them. Look at the maximum score in the scoring grid. If the maximum score seems to assume that it's possible to get that question right, give yourself a point. If not, don't.

IIRC, you give yourself a point for it, but I'm not completely sure.

No, don't give yourself a point for it. The conversion chart shows a max score of 99 for that test, and if you count that question the total number of questions adds up to 100. So they already removed it from scoring before the conversion.

Ah, I see. Sorry for not seeing this before. Thanks!
