Preptest 20 First Logic Game Question 1

There is no way on earth A (or any of the answers) can be the correct answer given these three rules.
Paulsen's seat is immediately beside Rosen's seat and also immediately beside an unassigned seat.
Rosen's seat is in the row immediately behind the row in which Norris' seat is located.
Oribe's seat is in the last row.
One row is given...either RP_ or _PR...and it must be the second row because Oribe is in the last row and Rosen must be behind Norris. Since Rosen must be behind Norris...it follows that Norris is either in seat one or three. However the correct answer for the first question states that Norris can be seated in 2...which seems like an impossiblity. Am I missing something?
