Reviews of Kentucky LSAT test sites?

Hello,
I registered for the 2010 Oct. test at the University of Louisville. After doing some research, I discovered that the proctors have a history of talking during the exam, mistiming sections, and doing nothing to counteract beeping watches and ringing cellphones. I have decided to change to a different test location, but the reviews that I have found of test centers in Kentucky are pretty sparse, other than to say that testing at the University of Louisville is a nightmare.
I am aware of these two websites, but one is outdated and the other is lacking reviews of many schools:

http://lsatcenters.wikia.com/
Has anyone had experience testing at any of these centers?
5908 Bowling Green, Western Kentucky University
5902 Danville, Centre College
5900 Lexington, University of Kentucky
5901 Louisville, University of Louisville
5909 Morehead, Morehead State University
5903 Murray, Murray State University
5906 Richmond, Eastern Kentucky University
What was your experience like? What sort of desks were there and how were they configured? Etc...?
Additionally, has anyone had a good experience (scored 170+) with a private tutor in Louisville or Lexington?
