WTF just happened to me?

Hey guys,
So I was going to write the june LSAT and started preparing in January. I was writing PT's until school mode took over (plus I work full time) so I put the LSAT on the backburner. I started off at a terrible diagnostic of 143 but after a quick review of the bibles and some practice, I wrote "10 actual) and I got up to 155-160 range fairly consistently, with the odd 153 mixed in there (for some reason it was always 153? lol).
So anyways, I wrote PT 15 on St. Patty's day (instead of boozing, it was also my bday that weekend) and I got a lousy 152. I was absolutely rattled, so I decided to take a little break. After school and being sick, I decided to write pt 19 today.
So I sat down, started the game section, did okay on the first basic linear game (I've already seen it) and after that I totally freaked out and had a crazy anxiety attack. This has NEVER happened before; I am the most calm and collected test taker ever. Seriously. I ended up just throwing in the towel. FWIW, this is the first LSAT material I've looked at in a month. I could barely focus whatsoever, and I have a really bad cough/sniffles/dizziness which I think is from allergies b/c it has hung around for the last month. But I don't want to think thats what caused me to lose my mind on this PT b/c the games section is normally my very best section. Heck, I look forward to games most often.
I'm at my wits end. I know October is a LONG ways away. I'm going to go to the doctor tomorrow to get this sickness taken care of. I have a new girl in my life and my sleep schedule is a little erratic, which I need to work on. Can anyone relate or has any suggestions? Should I just ease my way back into things and try some logic games, LR, hell even read or do sudoku? My minds been on vacation since last Tuesday and here I was thinking I'd be refreshed and ready to go.
Thanks in advance guys. I'm desperate!
