Seriously, if you have pressing obligations I understand, but try to maintain a lenient work/scholastic schedule while you're studying for the LSAT (i.e. don't work 70 hours a week like I did whilst studying).

game theory says you should take it three times once you're prepared. schools dont average, regardless of what their websites suggest. take it in sept and either june or dec.

also worth pointing out that improving your score will be tough but could also help a great deal. while your gpa precludes you from hys, scoring 175+ could open up ccn and yield significant $$ elsewhere. pretty big deal.

that said, make sure to focus on identifying specifically what areas you need to improve upon, and practicing those vigorously. no need to re-learn basic test taking strategy at this point. even re-doing old prep tests would be useful in your case.

Do you realize how foolish this makes you sound? Improving a diagnostic by 20 points is more than possible if you have a great work ethic and dedicate yourself to this test. That statement you made could not have been more false.

tbf, if he changes 160 to 150 that may be solid advice.

I'm not sure if you guys can help with this, but I figure that it's worth a shot.

Let's say you're doing a loose sequencing problem, That's what Kaplan calls it anyways, I'm not sure about what Powerscore does at the moment, but and you have a question like 'which one of the following can NOT be fourth'. Is there any other way besides redrawing the diagram with each answer choice option in the fourth position and checking the first question to see if the correct answer choice for that problem appears fourth so that you can eliminate that one?

That method just seems really time consuming and I was wondering if there was a faster or more efficient way that any of you guys knew about?

look for variables with at least four things above it or look for things with so many variables below it that it must be 'pushed' to at least the third spot.

Hmmm. I feel like I try this option too. I guess maybe I'm too slow working the games or something. It would take me like 5 mins do figure out one question like this.

How many games sections have you taken? What people say about things clicking is true, especially of games.
