I know that the PT is old, and perhaps I shouldn't be spending time on it?
But anyways, I really can't figure out the game and it's driving me nuts. Anyone care to enlighten me?

Nope, it's not about carpool. It's the one on the 7 judges and Datalog Corporation.
I'm having trouble diagramming and pinning down the rules, they're too...abstract o.o

I'm not seeing a game about judges in PT 7. Maybe you took a different PT instead?
