Early PT's 1-4 variation?!

Post by sangr » Fri Apr 09, 2010 9:42 am

I know this has been asked much and i did research but

would u guys say the LR on PTs 1-5 are more difficult than later ones?

im starting off taking these and the research ive been doing tells me that the stims and question stems are
more erratic and all...

and RC seems to be a pain compared to some other ones...or my RC has just been getting worse.

can anyone give me their insight?

Not in my experience:

Mar 25: #5: LR -4 comb.
Mar 27: #4: LR -1, LR -1
Mar 29: #3: LR -2, LR -2
Mar 30: #2: LR -0, LR -3
Apr 03: #1: LR -1, LR -0

Apr 05: #29: LR -0, LR -6 (!!)
Apr 07: #30: LR -1, LR -1
Apr 08: #31: LR -1, LR -0

judging from your score it seems as if any variation does not really matter either way. At your level im guessing
its all the same.....

just wondering..what is your score history like?

ive taken probably 6 PTs now and i started off with 15,16, 25 .. then 1,2,3,4

ive been getting mostly low 160s...hit 170 once last week, just hit 165 on PT 4.. (LR -10) (RC -7) (LG -0)

ill be taking the lsat overseas on june 27th..so i have roughly 2 3/4 of a month....

is it generally viable to reach a score of 170 + within this reach? my biggest problem seems to be RC, which
i hear is hardest to improve, its erratic i somehow miraculously got a -1 two weeks ago on an RC section but
after that its been horrible ranging from -7 to - 11....

but yea i know these kinds of questions are just really icky to answer but would it be viable to hit 170+
by june 28th?
LRs ive been ranging from -2 to -5 on each section on PTs 1-4

thanks
