if the condition is either A or B,
so the right deduction can be
no A, no B -> wrong
A, no B -> right
B, no A -> right
how about A and B, is it right or wrong?

Yes, A and B together is also acceptable.

It's important to remember that in LSAT Land, "either" sometimes means "either or both"; whereas in everyday conversations, we usually mean "one or the other".

A and B would be an acceptable solution, because either A or B would still be selected (it just so happens that they both are selected).
