First off. You are my hero. You are probably the coolest person on planet Earth.
Second, it is way too early to decide what you are going to do in 8 years. You might have other priorities. You might want to start a family. You might get an offer you can't refuse from Boeing or Lockheed.
You can always go to law school WAY down the line (like in 20 years).

with that gpa in a scientific field, and the experience you will gain flying jet aircraft for 8 years, you will have excellent opportunities in the very lucrative area of law of intellectual property. However, if I was in your position I would be more tempted to apply for graduate studies in engineering and pursue to become an astronaut and go to mars. Although it is still possible to become an astronaut with a law degree.
edit: nevermind I just realized your degree is in international affairs, not science. Although you may still be able to do IP if you have approx. 30 credits in physics/calc, etc...

She could take the patent bar but most firms look for relevant science degrees.

In my opinion, the first two responses to your post said it all as succinctly as possible. Oddly, I get the impression that you have too much time on your hands.
