RC Law Passages

Since none of us has gone to law school, how do you go about reading law passages? I majored in the sciences in undergrad, but the humanities and history passages come relatively easy as they always have a similar theme (discuss a famous author and his/her works, significant person in history and his/her affect, etc).

The law passages are always a hit or miss! I try to find a systematic way of going about the passage (theme, issue, etc that are trends), but they are just way too different from the other types of RC passages and I cannot get a grasp on them, yet.

Please help!

just like any other passage - topic, purpose, score, relations, views, attitude... It usually all that matters. I personally like law passages and despise art/poetry or some other bullshit that I cannot make myself even focus on. :|
