The correct answer is (B). Upon introspection, I can see why this is the correct answer, however, when I first attempted the question, I believed that volcanic events can be grouped under "natural cause."
This belief would cause (B) to be false.
Am I missing something here?

Volcanic events can be grouped under natural causes that create large craters but they don't create meteorite craters. The question rules out that the craters were caused partially by one phenomenon and partially by another.
