Of tests 50-59, only 1 (59th) falls outside of the 89-91 Q's range for 170.
Of tests 40-49, 2 do (1 is 93, the other 87)
Of tests 10-19, 6 do.
Prediction: June 2010 will be in the 89-91 range.

-11 is the most common curve, which would be 90, so you are correct in guessing that.

He wasn't really "guessing"...
Also, don't forget that some tests have 100 questions (PT 53 is -11/89)

I hate the 100 question tests. I want that extra question there to add an extra point to the curve. 100 question tests have stricter curves.

Lol. -16 on the October 97 exam (preptest 23).
Im retaking in June and im trying to do all the preptests on 30 minutes per section. I missed 3 questions on the logic games and got owned by the last 3 questions on the last logical reasoning section cause i rushed, and ended with a -10. As it turned out, the RIDICULOUS curve rescued me XD.
I imagine they are equating the curves harder now as competition for law schools increase, of course the gurus on this forum will lay into me for suggesting any such thing.
Any prayers for a -16 on the June exam?

I wouldn't want that curve. It would mean that the test was extrememly hard, and I dread hard RC sections. So I would rather have an easier test (which would obviously have a normal RC) with a tighter curve.

+1 I would take an easy test with a tight curve over the opposite any day.

I used to dream of a super-hard RC and LR sections with a fairly easy AR section for a -14 curve. But seeing as how I blew an RC section today, I'm not so sure anymore.
Anyway, I'm one of those people whose mistakes do not really correlate with any standard difficulty ratings. I'm somewhat careless. So a really hard test will improve my position relative to the others.
So even despite my recent problems with RC, I feel I would still benefit from a -14 curve. Sigh. At least I'll hope it's a -11, not a -9.
