Top Law Schools

I would deeply appreciate if you guys could give me some idea how to ask schools to petition LSAC for letting you take the LSAT for the 4th time. I wrote a letter to a school but got no response, I guess in my email I sounded not quite convincing.

My 2 year period ends in December, but I want to take in June to get off the annoying waitlists. With nearly perfect GPA my LSAT score has nearly destroyed my chances

Keep trying different schools until you get a yes.

This is kind of a douchey thing to ask, but I am legitimately curious:

Why would you think you're going to do better the 4th time? It makes sense why you'd improve the 2nd time, and if there were some sort of illness or accident I can see taking a 3rd time, but 4 times in 2 years? Really? What do you think has changed?

Sometimes there are things that are hard to explain. Compared to my prep tests I scored -10. After studying for almost a year and having nearly perfect GPA I just want to give another try. If I get the some score I'll settle for T4, otherwise i am going to blame myself for the next 3 or so years.

there's no rule that requires you to be an applicant to a law school for them to provide you a waiver, but they might not be interested in helping you out if there's nothing in it for them. The schools that have you on their waitlists didn't respond? I'd e-mail them again, you have nothing really to lose from a waitlist school.
