Re: Advice for undergrad.
Ok so my LSAC GPA takes into account classes that I've taken that transferred in? Because that would probably raise my GPA a tiny bit, but not significantly. Maybe I'll take a UMass online course over the summer as well.
I'll look into some Princeton Review test prep. Kaplan was only my first thought because of how close the actual building is to me, I'll see what else is around. Thanks.

The best advice you can get: Don't take out loans for undergrad, work and save as much money as possible.
You make get accepted to an excellent school, but monetary constraints will prevail in the end. Good Luck!

Would the fact that some of your classes are taken at a CC damage your application in any way?

I think it's safe to say that adcoms aren't going to be impressed with your straight As from community college basketweaving courses, but I think the boost to the GPA generally outweighs the adcoms reservations about where you got those As from.HiLine wrote:Would the fact that some of your classes are taken at a CC damage your application in any way?

at worst neutral, but the .1 - .2 gpa boost you would get would be very attractive.HiLine wrote:Would the fact that some of your classes are taken at a CC damage your application in any way?

Re: Advice for undergrad.
I only have 3 credits transferred in and they were from Sacred Heart University. I'd likely do something like that again, not a community college.
