What I really need is some major help in LG- I've got everything else down.

I'm being lazy by asking here and not doing the research, but...anyone?

Seconded... tutoring is the way to go if you have specialized needs.

Sign up for priv tutoring or just buy lgb +lgb wb. Should be enough with practice to get you -1 or -0 on the section. Lg's are 90% repeat they're beatable through tedious work.

We have a games-only self-study course, (you get our LG guide, LSATs, and recordings of a course just on games). http://www.atlaslsat.com/lsat-self-study.cfm

You can pm me if you have any questions.

Any tutor recommendations in the LA area? I think I need more than a self-study course...had all the bibles and books last time and blew LG on the Feb test.

Have you actually done and reviewed every published LG from 1 through 59? Do the early ones, revise them, then do them again and again. Then once you master it, move on and do the newer games.

Powerscore publish a setup book for a selection of the tests. I found that helpful. I'd do the test, revise it and see if I missed anything, then repeat until I couldn't improve. Then check the book to see that my setup was as efficient as possible, and that I had not missed any inferences.

Tutor might be your best bet. Look on craig's list (make sure they actually scored in or above the 98%ile or near there on the actual LSAT, ask for a copy of there score report if you want proof). The bolded sentence is something to worry about though. There is nothing wrong with putting your main focus on games, but, unless you're absolutely perfect in the other sections, you need to be trying to pick up points in those sections as well.

ask your school's pre law advisor, if you have one. every cycle, our pre law advisor asks anyone who scoares 178+ if they would be willing to tutor. that's how i found mine.
