Over the last two years, especially the decemeber 09 and february 2010 tests, the logic games section appears to be undergoing some tweaking by test makers. I am wondering if there are any texts or sources that offer information, advice, and a way to attack the new trend in logic games?

I think the most obvious change is the introduction of the new rule change question. We're working to include that question type into our logic challenges
http://www.atlaslsat.com/logic-games-practice.cfm - take a look at lab projects, for example. Most of our teachers think that this new question type doesn't require a new strategy, as the answer is usually a pretty subtle but simple re-setting of the rule that's been removed.
Our LG guide focuses on post 2000 games, which is where we think a large shift occurred.
Maybe you have a specific shift in mind?
