Advice on Long-winded Stimuli

Does anyone have advice on understanding or de-constructing long-winded stimuli, especially for Must Be True questions? I'm practicing out of the Kaplan LSAT Mastery book, and am stuck on the last 5 questions in the Inference section. I don't find the Kaplan explanations especially helpful in learning how to de-construct long-winded stimuli efficiently and quickly. Does anyone have any advice on how to approach this?
