Can someone please explain what their process is for writing out explanations for questions. I have the Kaplan books from a friend that have all of the explanations written out, should I just review these or actually go through the motions of writing these out?

I've seem several study guides that talk about writing out explanations and for some reason I'm just not understanding how people are doing this?
