LR question

Would someone explain/breakdown a LR question I am having a problem with? Can't articulate why the correct answer is correct. If willing, I will PM you the question. Thanks!
why don't you just post the damn question? Just give us the Pt, section, and ? number. most people here have almost all the questions anyway. Feel free to pm me, although I'm taking the GMAT in 3 hours so i gotta split soon.
Unless it's the dioxin ? then no... i don't know why
