what are the negative implications of having the lsat be delayed?

if my fall 2010 law school apps are pending my lsat score, will the delay hurt my admission chances, since they will be reported now at a later date?

It will do nothing for the curve.

LSAC will release the scores on or before 3/1/10. The delay will not affect that. If for some reason it does, admissions committees will surely adjust, considering the authority LSAC has over the LSAT.

What delay are we talking about? Did they announce some sort of delay in scoring?

OP's talking about some Feb test administrations being postponed due to east coast snow.

So even if i take the test 2 weeks later, the test scores will still be released on 3/1 (or earlier)?
