I took the test along with a bunch of other posters on this site and I also had trouble with the actual logic games section (my experimental was also LG, and I'm pretty sure I aced it). My friend had a RC experimental, but he said he had already taken the actual reading comp section at Kaplan, before hand. Has anyone ever heard of the LSAT completely repeating sections? I figured the LSAC would never be that lazy/complacent but based off of all of the posts and my personal test it was certainly true.

He may have had a passage or passages on a similar topic but its unlikely (impossible?) it was the same passage.

I have a lot of students swear that we (Princeton Review) have erroneously repeated arguments or reading passages in our books (that is, given them twice) until I actually show them that the two arguments they're thinking of are so similar that they felt the same but aren't actually the same. I think this is the effect that your friend is experiencing. LSAC has certain topics and certain ideas that they like to test over and over again (this is part of the reason that prep works), and it was just another one of those.

They'd only repeat sections from non-released tests.

How can you be so sure? Do you work for LSAC?
