I'm sitting for the June LSAT too in Asia. I don't think any of the three option that you listed are good.
I don't think it's necessary to take a whole week off before the exam. Just take like three days off, and disperse the rest of your break days even more. Take a day off a week on the first few weeks while you're 'only taking two PTs, and then stretch it out a little more once you're taking three PTs a week. It actually doesn't take that long to take/review a PT in my opinion.
