That sounds like a very reachable goal, given that LG is the easiest section to improve upon.

Step 1. Buy the Powerscore Logic Games Bible
Step 2. Work thorough said Bible.
Step 3. Watch You LG score vastly improve.
Step 4. Repeat until satisfied with LG score.

It's absolutely possible, as long as you study hard and maintain your focus consistently. I took the test cold, got a 151, and my logic games section score was 7/23. Now I am averaging 1 wrong at most per section, and PTing around 170. Work hard, and your goal is definitely realistic.

Thanks,
I was just worried, because I have just started the PS LG book, and everyone on this forum raves about it. I haven't gotten to the part of the book applicable to lsat, just basics about blocks and reversal, and I didnt know if it would make that much of a possible impact in my score.
But thanks a lot, and I will keep plugging away and working on PTs.

Bigred2008 wrote:So I just finished with the June 07' PT and my raw score was 68, and I am planning on taking the June Lsat. I basically was killed with the logic games, but got about 6 or so wrong in LR/RC, mostly was able to narrow it down to two choices and picked the wrong one every single time.
I am wondering, is it realistic to get this to a 167-170 or so by the time the June Lsat rolls around?
As others have said, that's not a far-fetched goal at all. Having LG as your worst section is the best place to start out, since it's the easiest area to improve.

No. If you're studying 15 hours a week at this point, you're going to be in great shape.
