PT 59 - Available before Feb test?

Can anyone speak from experience on when the Dec test should be available as PT 59? I have it preordered on Amazon and am hoping to use it as my last prep before the Feb test, which is a week from Saturday. I want to take my last PT next Wed/Thu at the latest so it would need to ship by Monday (Feb 1st) to be useful for me... LSAC's website say it'll be available "late January 2010" - should it be available this week?
