Getting the December 2009 LSAT?

Hello!
I am wondering where I can get my hands on a copy of the December 2009 LSAT? I checked Amazon and assorted stores, and it isn't released. Its registered, but theres "no copies" available apparently. Whether its just not in stock yet or its been bought out I do not know. Do people get a copy of the LSAT when they take it? If so, can I get it off someone who took the exam?
