Take PTs today and tomorrow and see if you're happy with your performance. Go over your answers on both exams and ask yourself if you think you can improve on your weaknesses in time to get a score you'll be happy with.
In general, you've obviously studied a lot, and this isn't all or nothing. If you've prepared twice, don't postpone again - just retake if you think it's necessary. Only you know if you're actually prepared to take the exam, but I think if you've prepared for it twice, the next three weeks provide plenty of time to take PTs and improve.
