signing up won't hurt you. unless you were PTing in the 170+ range i don't personally think its worth it, but its up to you.

Higher LSATs do get people off of waitlists.

Assuming a higher score, it might help you get off some waitlists -- if in fact you actually do get waitlisted. Based purely on your GPA-LSAT, you likely will get into at least some of the schools you listed. So if I were you, I wouldn't sweat it.
If you do decide to take the test again and if you score lower, it probably won't hurt you as long as those schools look at your highest LSAT score, as I believe most schools today do, rather than take the average of multiple scores. Check with their admissions offices to find out what their policies are, if you can't find it on their Web sites.

i meant he'll get in a ton of places even if he doesn't retake.
also, if he does get a lower score, georgetown averages LSAT scores.

With that GPA, it might be worth it. 167 is a good score but it's selling your GPA a little short.
