Top Law Schools

I'm 38 and really self conscious about age and law school. So, I thought it would be interesting to simply ask rather than project useless insecurities!

Then I shouldn't start this one off.

23, but I act like a member of the "Golden Girls" cast. So, my "real age" is about 68.

38 also.

I will let the cards fall where they fall. I was/am concerned about age and law school too, but from what I have been told, experience in the real-world can be an asset. However, even with a stellar LSAT and GPA I cannot imagine a top 14 school wanting a 38 yr old. (will be 39 by the time I start). But, we will see.....

The stats seem to indicate there is hope, and there may not be that many of us around to really calculate if our age helps or hurts. I would assume (or hope) "softs" will come into play more than ever and show that we have what it takes to be an asset to the school, the classroom, and the profession.
