Yes, content matters. I would only submit one if you feel you have some reason it went badly and maybe plan to retake in Feb and would like them to hold it until then - still iffy, since that may just kill your cycle. You can ask the schools, but your best bet may be to let this cycle ride out and if you don't like how it goes, retake and re-ap next.
