Hiiiiiiiiiiii you haven't graced us with your presence in a hot sec.
How was the rest of your drinkathon/vacation days?!
Hello, my favorite pretzel!!
It was pretty great! Went hiking, ate a lot of french fries/donuts, did more drinking. My flight home was a disaster (ended up being stranded in Chicago for a while), but overall it was an excellent vacation! And now I have a voucher from Southwest so I can go somewhere else

donuts and french fries yaaaaaaaaaas!
good to hear there was a silver lining to your plane strugs.

Yes. Hoping to be a public defender in a tertiary market (not that "market" really matters for a PD), probably making le$$ than I do currently.

Definitely not in it for the money, regardless of what aspect of law I end up choosing.
If I wanted to get rich there are other ways I would do it.

"(the) class that Cooley admitted in 2015 is statistically the worst entering class of law students in the history of American legal education at an ABA-Accredited law school"
So I beg the question- why in the world anyone go there...? Also consider their 39% bar pass rate.
Without knowing any better, I did all my LSAT-prep highlighting with a Cooley-branded highlighter... what does this mean for me?? Am I doomed or could it have been subliminal motivation of what I'm working to avoid?

I may or may not have seen some of these fries she speaks of, and they may or may not have been some of the better looking fries I've seen in my days

They definitely left a good ending for season 4. I hope it'll be more about ass kicking than Tommy's secret plans. Now it's time to get pumped for Suits!

yup. when i say i'm aiming for like t2 or 3 ppl look at me like i'm crazy. but here's my rationale: a) the area of law i want to go into cares a lot more about location rather than rank b) if i have 0 debt, i won't be stuck going into a job i hate if i can't get hired, and have more of an ability to take a low-paying job just wiggling my way into my field

I agree with your rationale on why going to a T1 or T2 with certain goals isn't as bad as some people think. I believe with specific goals and full rides (or close to it) to lower ranked schools in your desired area can be justified in all honesty.
