Okay guys, help me fill in the blanks here. If we can get in order, too, that would be great.

RC: African-American female comic; Banking for low-income in developing countries; Universe expanding, dark matter, gravity; Law and theories on ownership

S/O/N was just the gameboard for the 1st game. September October November. Cars was the last game?

Re: FEBRUARY 2015 WAITERS' CIRCUS
High-five on reading first as fifth! I actually diagrammed 4 templates with that assumption and had to redo 2 once I realized the mistake.luvmusl wrote:A few more general thoughts:
Overall, although the test definitely seem like one of the easier ones I've taken, I don't think I did great which is really dissapointing. My bugaboo all along has been speed on LG. I had been recently still scoring in the 169-173 range on PTs, even with 3-4 wrong in games...this was usually with getting at least half way through the last game at worst.
Anyway, I really screwed myself on this one by wasting a good 4-5 minutes on game 2 or 3 knowing I made an obvious mistake somewhere but couldn't find it. Panic set in and though I EVENTUALLY realized I had misread "first" as "fifth" (or vice versa) in one of the rules, by then it was too late and I was out of time for the last game, which was of course a 7 question one. Only had time to do the easy first question and then had to guess bubble for the last 6 questions. And finally to top everything off I saw someones answer sheet as we were walking out at the end of the exam and their shortest section had no A choices filled in for the last several questions...which is of course the letter I guessed.
I know me making stupid misreading/miswriting errors like this are greatly exacerbated by fatigue/grogginess. I'm def not a morning person and if circumstances weren't what they were for me currently I definitely would've waited to take the June test so I could avoid the morning...I'm be willing to wager my scores would be consistently 3-4 points higher in the afternoon/evening.
All and all still crossing my fingers for high 160s but I'm going to need to have been damn near 100% on all the questions I felt confident about. Would take a minor miracle to break 170 which was really the goal, but I at least I don't think I did any worse than the 164 I got taking the test nearly 4 years ago sorta on a whim with little prep. Hard to compare exactly though because that 164 was artifically high...looking back at my old answer sheet it appears I blind guessed on 16 questions across the sections that counted, but somehow managed to get 6 of those right (definitely way above expected value).

I totally agree. Third time taker, first time talker.justabitunusual wrote:Lol...I did that last time and since it's against my social nature I felt like I was walking into a funeral...this time I actually talked to a few people and felt fine about it, but it was my 3RD TIME taking it, so really nothing short of a bulldozer crashing into the building probably could have made it more stressful or nerve wrecking.Big Red wrote:Also I went FULL ASPIE and didn't talk to, or really look at, anyone - also pretty sure a dude behind me was TLS due to the black tics and his general calmness.

Re: FEBRUARY 2015 WAITERS' CIRCUS
Finally here. Looks like I missed all the fun on figuring out the experimentals.
LR/LG/LR/LR/RC for me.
Felt easy across the board, maybe 3-4 on each section I had to come back to. Not feeling too sanguine about the curve.

Re: FEBRUARY 2015 WAITERS' CIRCUS
I had 3 LRs and am trying to figure out which one was experimental...
I don't remember the question (it was one of the last questions in the section)...
but I think it asked, which one of the following resembles the flaw shown in the argument?
And one of the answer choices included, ducks can't fly because .....
I was hoping that this section was experimental.
please help!

It always seems to take FOREVER to start the test. I peed before we were checked in, but then it seems to take everyone an entire hour just to copy and sign the statement and bubble their damn names. I had to pee before we even started the first section. Well now you're making me super paranoid, but I'm 99% sure there was a rule for one of the sequencing games that stated something had to be 1st or 4th but I read it as 4th or 5th ( or some combination of those numbers, I really don't remember the exact details...the games have completely blurred in my mind due to frustration at this point).pantsuitchic wrote:I remember nothing about first or fifth...luvmusl wrote:A few more general thoughts:

Those are traditionally the questions I score the worst on, so when I was running out of time, I saw that and guessed on it and moved on. I had to pee too, but that had nothing to do with my capabilities to get that question right, so there's thatadil91 wrote:I think I fucked up the parallel reasoning question on the last LR section, I really needed to pee and I couldn't think straight

The worst thing about it it is that I had 8 minutes left, plenty of time to do the question and finish, I still couldn't do it because I couldn't think straight. Oh well at least the questions after that were easy.justabitunusual wrote:Those are traditionally the questions I score the worst on, so when I was running out of time, I saw that and guessed on it and moved on. I had this question, but I think that was the experimental. I had 3 LR, this was near the end of the last section, but that last section was 26 questions which is apparently the experimental one.yk28 wrote:I had 3 LRs and am trying to figure out which one was experimental...
