Trial Frequency Statistics (Not From Lex Machina)

Post by OneTwoThreeFour » Tue Nov 26, 2019 7:04 pm

Does anyone know of any sources providing statistics on how often any particular law firm goes to trial? I know that Lex Machina has a program which scrapes PACER and provides data. Crain's Chicago did an article about it you can read here: https://www.chicagobusiness.com/article ... u-in-court. The infographic (specific to Chicago firms) is also available on Bartlit Beck's website here: https://www.bartlit-beck.com/media/news ... 0Court.pdf.

I'm hoping to find more information about trial frequency for firms in NY, just curious to see if there are any sources out there, other than Lex Machina.
