Washburn is one of my top three choices and according to their website they look at your highest score...they say that while the LSAC does report all scores and the average, they look at only your highest.

Boston University, based on an e-mail exchange I had with them, takes the highest score.

I had been scoring in the 170's scored a 159 on the Feb 2008 LSAT retook it and scored 169 on the Oct 2008 LSAT. The reason I did so bad is my ex girlfriend of 5 years got engaged the night before the Feb LSAT and I found out about it my head was all messed up, I dont really know how to explain this in my addendum? any thoughts?

Thanks 3.52/169
