Summer jobs for international students Forum

Hello, I am planning to attend Law school at Houston in Fall 2024. Received admission with scholarship. I am a Canadian citizen and would like to understand if I will be able to get jobs in the summer in areas of law as a canadian? Are there restrictions? I am concerned that if it is difficult to get summer jobs in the US in law because I am a non-US person, then I will complete my JD with no related work experience.
Any Canadians who has experienced something similar? Any information, guidance is appreciated.
