Hello everyone, I want to ask something about trading measures in WTO Law.
Are there any trading measures that the seller can tackle in order to protect their interest against the foreign imports?
Well, I'm confused because I think that the trading measures in WTO law are applied to State. The verb used in the question is "tackle". So can I also understand the meaning of the question is listing out the trading measures that favourable the seller in order to protect their interest against the foreign imports?
I'm quite bad in studying WTO Law. Hope that you can help me.
