Apply, then reapply in same cycle?

Can I apply to a school, retake the LSAT and then apply within the same cycle with a new LSAT score?
I ask because I'm thinking of doing an ED with my current LSAT score, but I'm retaking in February. I don't want to screw myself out of potentially getting in with the higher score for applying and getting rejected with the crappier score.

I think you can just update your app. I'd take 5 minutes and call the admissions office and ask how they would like you to do it... it's a common problem, and I'm sure they have a procedure.

The best advice would be to either call some of the schools you are interested in applying to and asking their stance on the matter or call the site in which you are submitting your application. They may review your application with your current LSAT score and admit you, place you on a waitlist, or request your February LSAT score for further review.

Quite generally speaking, a 3pt bump in your LSAT improves your chances of admissions more significantly than an ED app. Apply RD, and let each school know you have a February LSAT coming, so if they don't like you for them with your current scores, they can hold off and wait for your February scores.
