I go to school not in USA so our academic calenders can be different.
My school's fall semester ends at december and spring semester starts at march and ends at the end of june.

I know that If I graduate at winter with the fall semeser being the last semester, I can apply for law school that winter.

I'm curious if I could apply at winter if I graduate next year summer.
For example if I graduate at 2017 june, can I apply law school at 2016 winter? then go to law school at 2017 august?

(I'm confused because in my school students usually graduate at winter, in the end of fall semester. And I intend to graduate at summer)

Tons of US students apply while in their last year of undergrad. (They probably shouldn't, but that's a different story.) The only thing you cannot do is start law school before you graduate.
