Withdrawing courtesy

So at this point in the cycle, there are a few schools I've gotten into that I will neither be attending nor can use for any sort of leverage whatsoever.
Should I withdraw at these places? Is this a courtesy thing?
If yes, by email I assume?

Mine was a bit longer but essentially I only added "thanks for your consideration and time". It's nothing hard to say and they're getting tons of emails everyday - short and to the point is preferred.

You will learn soon enough that people don't this personally at all. Most people don't care enough to take things personally.
