Top Law Schools

So I intern at the Chamber of Commerce part time, I was talking today to one of my co-workers (for lack of a better term) anyways she mentioned she works with "site lawyers". She said that they represent the business and kind of look over all of the permits, contracts and stuff like that for when a business chooses to expand in the area. I googled it and didn't see anything about "site lawyers", so I was wondering does anybody have an idea of what this might be? This sounds a lot like what I want to do, and it would be wonderful if I could FINALLY put a name to it.

Sounds like an in-house lawyer to me. They're often called "associate general counsel" of the company or some such variant.

From my experience in Economic Development, I think that's called a "site selector" or "site consultant." However, I dont think a JD is typically required.
