First year I only had 4.0 credits and second year I'm only going to have 4.5 credits and one of them will be CR/NR. Would this impact my admission?

How many classes is that? Also wtf is cr/nr? Probably won't matter. Just get good grades

Things like this don't exist in a vacuum. 9 times out of 10, yeah, it won't matter (if it's even noticed) because the big stuff - LSAT, Overall GPA, PS - are enough. However, I can imagine scenarios where this could come into play.
For example, a borderline LSAT with a seemingly acceptable GPA makes me look more closely at the GPA and transcripts. If I discover that half the credits are from community college and those grades are very high, leaving only a handful of semesters at the 4-year (presumably more challenging) school with much lower grades I will become suspect of the students true ability. So then, if I look at the 4-year school transcripts and I see an easy major with very light loads (e.g 12 per full semester) and the only As in the summer when taking only 1 or 2 courses at a time, that definitely puts into question the applicant's ability to handle the rigors of law school in my mind. More so if I also see that the applicant wasn't, say, working at least PT during that period or very involved on campus.
On the other side, if I see that all the other semesters have decent loads and the grades are all consistently high, then it doesn't matter at all.

I figured it could have been about the behavior, but he asked and didn't specify why. I have plenty to say about the behavior of a lot of people here, but realize they don't care; and those people are even less likely to impact me directly. You can't correct people that don't see their own mistakes. As to Mr Bungle, It would not have been the first time I was on a board and a long-term member did not know/care about the specifics of board preftige.

I decline to answer. Except maybe I should have said 'some' not a lot.
