I don't think you will have to answer yes, on the basis of this, to any C&F question I've ever read.

Must be nice to attend a school where you're insulated from real discipline by the education police

He would be answering "Yes" to some C&F questions if this happened at another school (no education police). I meant real discipline in that sense.

What I was saying: (with a hint of jealousy) that literally sounds nice.

I don't think the penalties for underage (possibly aside from having to answer C&F) are that severe, but, like you, I also think they are too severe.
