Academic Warning C&F

Is this a form of academic discipline for Character and Fitness? Nothing happened, it wasn't probationary.

Can you elaborate more?

It seems like the pronoun "This" refers to the "Academic Warning" in the title.

I really have no idea what "Academic Warning" is.

Well ok, so I called my school and they said there is no mention of the warning anywhere in my records/transcript. I called Northwestern, they said unless its in my record that there is no need to disclose. HOWEVER, last year I submitted an app to them (was placed on hold then WL'ed so I'm now applying ED), and I wrote an addendum explaining my academic warning semester. Should I re-disclose it again? Or follow what they said?
