Will I send these transcripts to LSAC? Forum

I have college credit I got for my military training and I am unsure whether they should be included in my transcripts. For finishing my training I got awarded 28 credits from Cochise college, I never attended an actual class at Cochise, they just automatically awarded a transcript. These classes wont have any grades on them, they just show me receiving credit for the courses. I know I don't include clep and AARTS.

I am also a little bit worried that I currently have 4 institutions I have attended including cochise and whether that has a negative impact on me. One college is Cochise, another is from some online courses I took while in the military. and the other two are from when i got out of the military. Thanks for the help.
