They're all fairly ridiculous, but with the understanding that "Lawyer Movies" are to "Lawyering" as "Beverly Hills Cop" is to "Police Work," I'm a fan of:
The Rainmaker
A Time to Kill
Philadelphia
The Verdict
--
Oh, and for sheer artistic brilliance, "Trial and Error."

Before going to law school, everyone should be required to watch the opening 15 minutes of "The Verdict", which is actually a fairly realistic portrayal of a certain sub-group of lawyers, who are referenced quite frequently on TLS

A Few Good Men: Don't forget why you went to law school - to BE a LAWYER!
The Firm: Ray McDeer goes to prison, Mitch McDeer goes to Harvard and they both wind up surrounded by crooks! At the end, Mitch McDeer uses an obscure mail fraud law to lock up firm full of crooked lawyers.
Philadelphia: The law is "reason despite prejudice", NOT "reason free from passion" (as some say).
The Pelican Brief: The law is for sale.
Outside of the box:
Boiler Room & Glengarry Glen Ross: Always Be Closing! Lawyers are really just salesmen, right? Lawyers identify problems/issues, and sell ideas and solutions, which is no different from selling anything else.

My Cousin Vinny.
IIRC, it was even used in courses to convey how life in the courtroom can be like.

Second these; the first, entertaining, and the second, inspiring.
A Civil Action (based on a real story, and a better book)

Anatomy of a murder is a classic and is on Netflix right now. It's pretty great.
The Accused is also on there. In fact, there is a whole courtroom drama category to look in!
Cape fear and Just Cause aren't quite courtroom dramas but fun thrillers about lawyers
Erin Brokovich is based on a true story similar to a Civil Action
Boston Legal of course as far as tv goes
