Ride the WL or accept admission at lower school?

I applied pretty late in the cycle due to various factors. I was accepted at Cardozo with a full scholarship and some comparables with various $$ offers.
Waitlisted:
Fordham
Washington U
George Washington
Should I ride out the waitlist or deposit at Cardozo?
I was thinking of reapplying earlier next cycle but I'm hell bent on starting this year. This decision has become a nightmare for me. Any advice is so greatly appreciated.

Sit out and retake is your best option.
Besides that, ride the WLs & deposit. Then just eat the deposit if you get a better offer

Ride the waitlists, but, you'd need some pretty sweet offers from those schools to take them over a free ride at 'Bozo.
Wait until the deadline, then deposit at clown college

What are the chances of any significant offers from these schools?
It wouldn't be worth paying sticker if I get in?
Also, would taking the LSAT again in June and improving my score affect scholarship/wait list at these schools?

I really don't want to sit the year out. I'm more than a year out of undergrad and I already feel like I'm wasting time.

you shouldn't pay anything close to sticker at those schools.
We don't know your chances without your scores (LSAT & GPA)
Retaking in June will improve scholarship/waitlist at (almost) all schools
Boohoo, you're only one year out? You do realize that at top schools, the vast majority of students are not K-JD, right? I strongly suggest you take a year off, study hard, get a much better score, and go have an amazing adventure that you'll remember for the rest of your life. As contrite as this sounds, you will be far better off in the long run

Thanks. I think I'm gona deposit and not make any decisions until after my retake in June. Then I'll have a better idea about getting off the wait list hopefully.

I would implore you to sit out this cycle, prep for the LSAT the way that James Cameron preps a film shoot, and reapply. Don't go to law school with these options just because you feel idle. Take the initiative to use this time to develop yourself into a formidable law school applicant with a shot at the top. I've seen people who sat out a cycle, retook, got some work experience, and went from sticker at Vermont to $ at the lower T-14 and sticker at CCN. I've seen people sit out, retake, and get $ at CCN. Hell, the work experience isn't even necessary. Crack the high 160's or low 170's and you'll be eating cheesecakes in Ann Arbor in no time.
