What firms are "big law"?

This may be a stupid question but what firms constitute "big law"? V10? V50? 100?

A family member works for a V100 (Haynes & Boone to be exact) and it got me wondering if that firm would be considered big law - and then to what firms make up this elite group. I know I'm jumping the gun to thinking about employment, but if anyone knows the answer to this it would be greatly appreciated!
