Top Law Schools

Hey! So I am sitting on 4 waitlists and desperately want off of one....now I've been on them for a while so have sent 1-3 LOCIs to each school but haven't sent anything since early June. At that point I had a job lined up, but it fell through mid June and I haven't been working/doing anything productive to be honest.

Soooo I want to send a letter now to each school to remind them of my interest (considering schools start in 2-3 weeks). What should I talk about? I've already updated them on my final semester and then that job (which I read I shouldn't mention didn't happen). So what can I write about without talking about not having a job/doing anything?

If you think it'll help, go for it. There's no point in not trying this late in the game

It's alright if you don't have anything new to say. Most people don't have a major life event worth relating every other month. Just write a brief statement reiterating your continuing interest in attending this fall.

I know Wash U was pulling people of the waitlist up to the first week of class last year. If you have nothing new to say, and you really want to go to that school, I would say that you'd be willing to 100% commit. However, I would be careful about saying that to multiple schools, since you can only commit to one.
