Does URM status help post-law school?

When out in the working world, does URM status help a person anymore?

I know with college admissions that it helps in that you can have lower scores and grades and get in over people with higher exam scores and GPA. But what about in the actual work world?

I'm talking about law of course, but also kind of curious about other work fields too. If so, how would it work?

Even being AA myself, I can't imagine URM status giving as much of a bump for an entry-level legal job as it gives for the law school admissions process. I'll bet there is more of a level playing field after graduation.
