This is NOT intended as a humblebrag in the least, just looking to get my questions answered and to see if anyone else on here had the same thing happen.
I know NYU and Berkeley notify via phone call typically- I didn't receive an acceptance phone call from either. I also didn't get an email from NYU, just the packet in the mail. My phone number is accurate on LSAC, so why am I not getting phone calls? Does this have any bearing on whether or not I'll get merit aid; that is, are admits by personal phone calls from the Dean higher up on the "we want this applicant? Is this random? Did I do something on my app to indicate DO NOT CALL?

I'm REALLY happy, and super grateful with my #s I was accepted to both before the new year. Just think it's bizarre that some people got an email, phone call, AND MAIL from these schools and others, including myself, didn't.

Great. Now I have a new way to worry while I wait: How will my first choice school notify me of my denial/acceptance. My family will be thrilled to learn of my new skill.

There's an app thread for that.
