Question about PT

Do you actually have to be working to get into a PT program. I'm looking at SMU, I've got a 162 so I probably won't be able to get into FT, but could I do PT for a year then transfer.

Looking at LSN for last year's cycle at SMU, none of the applicants shown there who had a 160 or greater LSAT were rejected outright. I don't think that the LSN graph breaks out who was accepted to the FT program vs the PT program, but you still might be pleasantly surprised.
